Leadership & Team-building

WeR provides several activities for children and teens to improve their leadership skills in a creative, fun, engaged way, using sports, games, stories, contextualized activities to empower them gaining a better understanding of self and sensitivity to others, provides them the tools needed to succeed in society, make a positive contribution to their communities.
Including: concepts of leadership, building self-esteem and self-advocacy skills, team building, goal setting, effective communication skills, planning and organization, problem solving techniques.
